Role & responsibilities We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Telecallers with a minimum of 03 years of experience in the real estate field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting them into site visits or sales leads. Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in purchasing DTCP plots and farmland. Understand the needs and requirements of customers and offer appropriate solutions. 'Explain the features and benefits of the companys products to customers. Maintain strong relationships with customers and follow up regularly. Work with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Record customer interactions in the CRM system. Handle customer inquiries with a professional and polite attitude. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively handle customer queries and concerns. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals. Ability to handle tasks and meet targets. Good understanding of real estate, especially DTCP plots and farmland.
