We are a leading Digital Marketing Training Institute in Wandoor, providing professional courses for students, freelancers, and job seekers. We’re looking for a female telecaller with good communication skills to join our office team and handle student inquiries and follow-ups.

Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting students and parents, explaining course details, and assisting them through the admission process. You will also maintain proper communication records and support basic office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with students and parents regarding our Digital Marketing courses
• Explain course features, fees, and career opportunities clearly
• Maintain and update call records and inquiries
• Support office administration and coordination tasks
• Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management

Requirements:

• Female candidate only
• Good communication and convincing skills (Malayalam + Basic English preferred)
• Confident while speaking with students and parents
• Basic computer and office work knowledge
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or education sector preferred

Salary:

Negotiable based on experience
