Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, your role will be to communicate with customers, provide product information, handle customer inquiries, and generate sales leads. You will be a key part of our customer service team, helping us build lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers or existing clients.
Provide information about our products/services and address customer queries.
Follow up on leads and assist in converting them into sales.
Handle customer complaints or issues and provide solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve sales and customer service targets.
Provide feedback and insights to improve our services.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers can also apply).
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good listening ability and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office ,MS Excel and CRM Software .
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
