Telecaller Executive

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic real estate team at Wakad, Pune. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you’ll play a vital role in lead engagement, scheduling site visits, and coordinating with the sales team. Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential clients from our database and new leads.
• Understand customer needs and offer relevant property details.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of interactions in CRM tools.
• Provide timely responses to inbound queries and resolve basic concerns.
• Share information on project launches, offers, and events.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience and build rapport with prospects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
• Confident, polite, and persuasive communication style.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
• Strong listening skills and a problem-solving attitude.
• Prior experience of 6 months to 1 year in real estate or telecalling preferred.
