Telecaller (Excel & MS Word Knowledge Required)

Job Description

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain company services, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and MS Word. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
• Receive and handle incoming calls professionally
• Explain company products or services clearly
• Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-ups in Excel
• Prepare reports, letters, and documents using MS Word
• Update databases and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with sales or support teams
• Achieve daily or monthly calling targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, simple formulas)
• Working knowledge of MS Word (documents, formatting)
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus
