Telecaller – Digital Marketing Company

Divayshakati is a growing digital marketing company based in Ranchi. We are hiring Telecallers who are confident, good at communication, and ready to work from our office in Ranchi. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Explain digital marketing services like Website Development, SEO, Ads, etc.
• Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into clients
• Update daily call reports and maintain client records
• Meet calling and conversion targets

Requirements:

• 12th Pass or Graduate
• Good verbal communication in Hindi and basic English
• Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Email, Excel)
• Experience in telecalling or customer service preferred (Freshers can apply)
