Telecaller cum counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to prospective students and parents to promote Career Launcher’s programs (CAT, CLAT, IPMAT, CUET, etc.).
• Generate leads and increase walk-ins to the centre through effective telecalling and follow-ups.
• Counsel walk-in students and parents about different courses, programs, and career opportunities.
• Maintain a proper database of inquiries and update follow-up records.
• Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and counselling sessions at the centre.
• Achieve monthly targets related to lead conversion and walk-ins.
• Provide accurate information about courses and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹9,646.40 - ₹36,579.18 per month
