Telecaller – Banking Sales

We are looking for a Telecaller with prior experience in banking sales. The candidate should have hands-on experience in selling bank products/services (loans, credit cards, insurance, or other financial services) through telecalling.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for bank-related services.
• Explain product details and benefits in a clear and convincing manner.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Maintain customer database and follow-up regularly.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bank sales/telecalling for banking services.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• A candidate must have good English and communication skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Target-driven and customer-focused attitude.
