Key Responsibilities: Call potential customers and introduce them to our health and accidental insurance products. Understand customer needs and offer suitable insurance solutions. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Requirements: Experience: 0-2 years in telemarketing/sales (Insurance sales experience preferred). Education: Minimum 12th Pass Skills: Strong communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of insurance products is a plus. Follow up with leads and close sales efficiently. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated. Proficiency in Hindi, English, or regional languages.
