Job Summary: The Presale Telecaller is responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling follow-ups to drive the sales pipeline. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to effectively present the company’s offerings over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, email, or other channels. Utilize company-provided databases to source leads. Qualification of Leads: Understand customer needs and qualify them as potential leads for the sales team. Ask probing questions to determine customer interest and fit for the company’s products/services. Presentation and Follow-up: Provide accurate information about the products or services to prospective customers.
