You will be the first point of contact for students and parents—guiding them through our academic programs and supporting the admission process.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective students and parentsExplain ACS Pathshala's educational programs for K6 to K12, including courses and benefitsFollow up with interested candidates for counseling and enrollmentMaintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM/databaseRequired Skills:Good verbal communication in Hindi and EnglishBasic computer knowledge and data entry skillsConfident, polite, and persuasive communication styleAbility to handle objections and convert leadsEligibility:12th Pass or Graduate (Preferred)Freshers welcome
