We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and achieving sales or lead-generation targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote services. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively. Maintain a database of customer information and call records. Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with clients. Requirements: Minimum qualification: [Graduate] Proven experience as a Tele caller or in a similar role (preferred) Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in [English / Hindi / Regional language as applicable] Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
