Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations as required by the sales team. Maintain and update sales and customer records in CRM or ERP systems. Follow up with clients for documents, payments, and delivery schedules. Support order processing and coordination with internal departments like procurement, logistics, and accounts. Generate and analyze sales reports and MIS for the management team. Handle post-sales customer support and address client queries promptly.
