As a Digital Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to create a digital sales engine and establish it as an alternate channel of sales for the company. You will play a crucial role in managing digital endeavors to help the company achieve leadership in the category. Your core responsibilities include driving online and tele-assisted sales platforms, executing the Direct-to-Consumer strategy, and driving digital transformation to benefit customers, distributors, and employees. One of your key tasks will be to generate leads for all sales channels using digital channels and support product teams in testing and rolling out initiatives to enhance the mortgage journey. You will also be responsible for managing existing portals like the website, mobile applications, and social channels. Additionally, you will facilitate the development of new builder/channel relationships to penetrate new markets and increase business. In this role, you will have to manage relationships with digital agencies, vendors, and service providers. You will work closely with online aggregators to drive digital sales and build strong relationships with relevant partners to boost sales numbers. Customer management, including handling escalations, will be an essential part of your role. Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, HR, IT, and operations to optimize processes and resolve any issues that may arise. Ensuring compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations, processes, policies, and reports as per company systems is also a key aspect of this role.,
