Key Responsibilities*

• Handling inbound & outbound customer calls
• Explaining laptop & accessories features
• Converting leads into sales
• Billing & basic documentation
• Coordinating with the service team for customer support
• Maintaining good customer relationship
• Managing daily sales & service updates

Qualification & Required Skills*

• Graduate / 12th Pass – Both can apply
• Even if English is not perfect, you are welcome
• Good communication in Hindi / English
• Confident, polite, and target-oriented
• Ability to handle customers professionally
• Basic knowledge of computers/laptops (training will be given)
