Key Responsibilities:
Make daily outbound calls to potential clients.
Explain our PhD Research Services clearly and professionally.
Understand client requirements and provide service details.
Generate leads and categorize them into Hope, Warm, and Hot lists.
Schedule follow-ups and maintain proper client communication records.
Convert hot leads and support in closing sales.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
Salary: As per company norms + Incentives based on performance.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Email, Excel).
Confidence in speaking with clients.
