Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling leads from the marketing team, counseling students and partners about our upskilling programs, and driving the sales process to successful enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management: Handle incoming leads from the marketing team promptly and efficiently.

Client Engagement: Make outbound calls to prospective students and partners to understand their educational needs.

Counseling: Provide detailed information about our upskilling programs, addressing queries and guiding candidates toward suitable courses.

Sales Conversion: Drive the complete sales process, from initial contact to enrollment, ensuring the generation of login credentials.

CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align strategies and share feedback.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years in inside sales, academic counseling, or a similar role, any sales

Language Proficiency: Fluency in South Indian languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam) or Marathi is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
