Qualification : Degree

Experience: 1 to 2 years experience in telecalling or Freshers also can apply

Roles :

• Make calls to prospective students and parents
• Receive and respond to incoming enquiry calls
• Maintain proper records of student enquiries
• Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission process
• Explain institutional facilities, placements, scholarships, and benefits
• Guide students on application and admission procedures
• Generate new leads through calling databases, campaigns, and enquiries

• Regularly follow up with interested students and parents
• Convert enquiries into campus visits and admissions
• Update enquiry details in Google Forms or admission registers
• Maintain daily call reports and follow-up status

• Share feedback and lead status with the admissions team
• Schedule campus visits, counselling sessions, and meetings
• Coordinate with admission counsellors and faculty
• Confirm appointments and remind prospects

• Support admission campaigns, seasonal intakes, and special offers
• Communicate updates on new courses, deadlines, and events
• Assist digital and offline marketing campaigns through calling
• Build a positive relationship with students and parents

• Collect feedback from students and parents
• Share insights on common questions and concerns
• Help improve marketing messages and admission strategies

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
• Work towards admission and enrollment goals
• Follow team guidelines and performance metrics

• Follow institutional policies and calling guidelines
• Maintain confidentiality of student information
• Ensure ethical and honest communication
• Handle basic queries, objections, and concerns politely
• Ensure a professional and friendly communication tone
