Job Summary

Golden Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telemarketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry. The candidate should have good knowledge of property sales, lead generation, customer handling, and follow-up activities. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to convert prospective customers into site visits and potential sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads for the company's residential projects.
• Explain project details, property features, pricing, location advantages, and payment plans to potential customers.
• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, property portals, advertisements, and other sources.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into bookings.
• Maintain and update customer information, call records, and lead status in the CRM or designated tracking system.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and address basic questions related to properties.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and site visit targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers and ensure timely communication.
• Prepare daily call reports and provide updates on lead conversion and customer feedback.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telemarketing, preferably in real estate or property sales.
• Good knowledge of real estate projects, property marketing, and customer lead handling.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English and Tamil.
• Ability to handle customer objections and convert enquiries into site visits.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel, CRM tools, or lead management systems.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent English communication skills are required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with prior experience in residential real estate projects will be given preference.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
• Candidates should be confident, energetic, and capable of working towards sales targets.
