Tele Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telemarketing Executive to promote our software products and services, generate business leads, and schedule meetings with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses to introduce software products and services.
• Generate leads through telephone calls, follow-ups, and database management.
• Explain software features, benefits, and solutions to prospective clients.
• Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Maintain customer databases, call records, and daily activity reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Skills & Qualifications

• Any degree or diploma; candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM tools.
• Ability to communicate confidently with business clients.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn about software products and services.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Experience

• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or software sales.

Salary

• As per industry standards, based on experience and performance.
• Incentives based on lead generation and sales performance.

Preferred Candidate

A confident, proactive, and target-oriented individual with an interest in software sales and business development.

Pay: ₹8,800.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
