You will act as the first point of contact and support the sales team in converting leads into successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

• Cold Calling: Make outgoing calls to potential clients to promote Just Dial’s business services.
• Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for Business Development Executives.
• Value Communication: Clearly communicate the value proposition of Just Dial's services to prospective business clients.
• CRM Management: Maintain consistent follow-ups and accurately update the CRM with client interaction data.
• Work Schedule: Work 6 days a week from the office.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Undergraduate or Graduate degree.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in both English and Kannada.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive abilities, and a self-driven, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Experience: Prior experience in telesales or customer-facing roles is a strong plus.
