Job Summary

We are seeking a Telemarketing Executive to contact business customers, explain service offerings, identify potential leads, and schedule appointments. The role requires clear communication and a professional approach to customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business customers.
• Explain the company's services to prospective clients.
• Identify potential customers and generate leads.
• Schedule appointments and conduct follow-up calls.
• Update call details and customer information in the CRM system.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow established calling procedures and communication standards.

Requirements

• Graduation is required.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience may apply.
• Proficiency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to make outbound calls and work according to the assigned schedule.
