Qualifications

• Minimum education: high-school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is often preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in telemarketing, customer service, or sales roles, with proven performance where applicable.
• Language proficiency in English; additional Hindi language skills are assets.
