Tele counsellor

We are seeking a knowledgeable and empathetic Tele-Counsellor with experience in immigration services to guide and support clients through their immigration processes. The role involves providing solutions and advice to clients in person, over the phone, via email, and through online platforms, ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct counselling sessions and provide guidance to clients in person, over the phone, via email, and through online platforms.
• Assess clients’ profiles, eligibility, and requirements for various immigration programs, including student visas, work permits, and permanent residency applications.
• Provide accurate, practical, and tailored solutions for client queries and challenges.
• Assist clients in understanding documentation requirements and application procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, solutions provided, and follow-ups.
• Follow up with clients to ensure smooth progression of their applications and timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including legal advisors and documentation specialists, to offer comprehensive support to clients.
• Handle client queries, complaints, and concerns professionally across all communication channels.
• Stay updated with changes in immigration policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide relevant guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Graduation in any discipline.
• Prior experience in immigration counselling, consultancy, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws, visa processes, and PR applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple platforms.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; multilingual skills are a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
