Research and identify new client opportunities in the market.

• Build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication.

• Promote product and service offerings that align with customer needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

• Monitor industry trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive.

• Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.

Make outbound calls to customers to provide information or follow up on previous inquiries.

• Receive inbound calls and resolve queries in a professional manner.

• Update and maintain customer information in the database.

• Explain services or products to customers clearly and accurately.

• Transfer calls to relevant departments when needed.

• Handle customer feedback, concerns, and basic troubleshooting.

• Maintain daily call logs and provide reports as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
