Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, presenting our products/services, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
• Explain product/service features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain follow-ups with interested clients and convert leads into sales.
• Update CRM and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding or service delivery.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and good at handling objections.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Fluency in Hindi and English (regional languages are a bonus).
• Prior experience in telecalling or telesales is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
• Fresher with good communication skills can apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
