Tele Calling Exeutive

We are looking for male or female experienced candidate for a Tele Calling Executive to join our team and handle outbound/inbound calls of potential and existing customers. The ideal candidate should be confident and must have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the given database.
• Answer incoming calls and resolve queries or give information.
• Pitch products or services to customers and explain their benefits.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the system.
• Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
• Handle customer objections and give solutions professionally.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate or equivalent.
• At least 5 years experience in tele calling or similar role (preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
• Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and a team player.
