Job Overview:
We are hiring a Telecalling Executive with 0- 5 years of experience to handle customer calls, lead follow-ups, and customer enquiries. The candidate should have good communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle office administration and basic documentation.
Make inbound and outbound customer calls.
Handle customer enquiries and explain interior design, furniture, renovation and construction services.
Generate leads through telecalling.
Follow up with leads and customers.
Handle telesales and introduce suitable services to customers.
Schedule meetings and site visits.
Coordinate with Sales and Design teams.
Maintain customer details, call records and follow-up reports.
Assist with quotations, customer information and other sales-related work.

Eligibility

0-5 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
Languages: Tamil & English.
Any Graduate.

Salary & Benefits

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
PF + ESI .
Performance-based incentives.
Salary negotiable for the right candidate.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
