  • Making Outbound Calls:
  • Reach out to potential customers to promote products, services, or offers.
  • Contact existing customers to update information, gather feedback, or renew services.
  • Inspiring Sales:
  • Convince customers to buy products or sign up for services.
  • Follow sales scripts or use product knowledge to engage customers effectively.
  • Meet sales targets or quotas set by the company.
  • Handling Inbound Calls:
  • Answer calls from customers with queries about products or services.
  • Provide customer support and resolve issues.
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional services or products.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Understand and stay updated on the company’s products, services, and promotions.
  • Be able to explain benefits, features, and details of offerings to customers clearly.
  • Record Keeping and Data Entry:
  • Update and maintain accurate customer information in the company’s database.
  • Log customer feedback, complaints, or special requests.
  • Track the status of sales leads or inquiries.
