Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain healthcare services, health insurance plans, and related products.
Generate leads and convert prospective customers into sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare or insurance plans.
Explain policy benefits, coverage, premium details, and terms clearly to customers.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain customer information and update call details in the CRM system.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
Strong sales approach and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle outbound calls and follow-ups.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Eligibility:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling, telesales, healthcare sales, or insurance sales will be an added advantage.
Candidates with experience in selling health insurance policies or healthcare packages are preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
