Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecalling Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, explaining our stock market-related courses and services, and converting potential leads into customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Explain stock market courses, training programs, and services to potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Convince potential customers and generate course enrolments.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain daily call records and update lead details.
Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer handling.

Required Skills

Any Degree/ Diploma are preferable.
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Excellent convincing and interpersonal skills.
Customer handling and follow-up skills.
Freshers can apply. Candidates with prior experience in telecalling or sales will have an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Interest in sales and customer interaction.
