We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join as Telecallers on a commission basis. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, introducing our services/products, and generating leads or conversions through phone calls. This is a performance-based opportunity with flexible working hours, making it ideal for students and jobless individuals who want to earn extra income.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/contact lists
• Explain our company’s products/services clearly and persuasively
• Generate interest and convince customers to take action (enquiries, sign-ups, sales)
• Maintain basic records of calls and responses
• Achieve monthly targets to maximize commission earnings
