About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller fluent in Hindi, English, and Tamil to handle inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers, generate leads, and support business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls and make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Communicate effectively in Hindi, English, and Tamil.
Explain company products/services and understand customer requirements.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule meetings.
Maintain call records and update lead trackers.
Address customer queries professionally and coordinate with the sales team.

Requirements:

Fluency in Hindi, English, and Tamil is mandatory.
1–4 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support preferred.
Good communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
