Tele Calling Executive

Role Overview: As a Telecaller, your main responsibility will be to connect with potential customers, generate leads, maintain customer relations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle objections effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. - Explain products/services and their benefits to customers. - Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets. Qualification Required: - Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate. - Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred). - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
