Job Title: Telecaller (Female) Job Type: Full-Time e Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply) Salary: 10,000-15,000 Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers Explain products and services clearly and effectively Maintain a daily call log and record customer feedback Follow up with interested leads and convert them into sales/appointments Resolve customer queries in a professional manner Maintain a positive and friendly attitude on calls Required Skills: Good verbal communication in [English, Hindi, Tamil] Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel) Pleasant and confident telephone manner Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus Eligibility: Female candidates only Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate Age:21-26 above Working Hours: Working Hours, e.g., 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Life insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
