Job Type: Full-Time (9:00 AM to 6:30 PM)

Job Summary:

Thatha Patti Elders Foundation, a premium elder care center and old age home serving across Tamil Nadu, is looking for dynamic and dedicated female Tele Callers to join our team. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, explaining our services, and supporting the admissions and care coordination process. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply!

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Qualification: Any Degree (Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply).
• Communication Skills: Basic communication skills required (Tamil speaking preferred; English is an advantage).
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior Tele Calling or Customer Service experience is an added advantage.
• Job Type: Full-time position only (No part-time/freelance).

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month (based on experience).
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives.
• With Stay: Free Food & Accommodation provided.
• Without Stay: Candidates can choose if they prefer to stay externally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to explain services offered.
• Handle incoming inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Maintain and update customer information in the database.
• Follow up with potential leads and ensure effective communication.
• Support the admissions and service coordination team.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and families.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and performance goals.
