Position: Tele-Caller (Only Female Required)
Qualification: Diploma / Degree / Certification in Computers
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 (In-hand)
Location: Ludhiana ( preferred local candidates)
Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience: Fresher’s can apply
Key Requirements:
* Good communication & convincing skills in English
* Basic knowledge of E-mail & MS-Excel
Job Responsibilities:
* Contact potential/existing customers using scripts
* Answer queries regarding products/company
* Understand customer needs & close sales
* Direct prospects to field sales team when required
* Enter & update customer information in database
* Take & process orders accurately
* Handle customer grievances professionally
* Maintain records of calls, sales & interactions
