Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to connect with international and local (Kerala-based) students to promote and convert leads for Bispage’s Digital Marketing Services and Professional Courses. The ideal candidate will play a key role in student onboarding, lead nurturing, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential students and clients to explain Bispage’s digital marketing services and training programs.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally and promptly.
• Convert leads into enrollments for digital marketing courses and client sign-ups for marketing services.
• Follow up with interested leads and ensure a smooth conversion journey.
• Coordinate with the marketing and admissions team to achieve monthly targets.
• Build trust and maintain strong communication with students and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is a plus).
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts (training will be provided).
• Ability to handle international calls and communicate professionally.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer relations (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
