Job Description

Tutopia Learning is urgently hiring Tele callers to join our dynamic team. If you're a proactive communicator, comfortable with high-volume calling, and passionate about education, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Make 100–150 cold calls daily to prospective customers.

Explain product features and benefits clearly and convincingly.

Follow communication scripts and handle objections efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

Schedule follow-ups and ensure high engagement.

Shift Details

Timing: Between 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Any 9-hour shift within this bracket)

6-day working week

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling or tele sales.

Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle pressure.
