Tele Caller

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers. Use scripts to provide information about product features, prices, etc. Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers requirements. Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs. Record the customers personal information accurately in a computer system. Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the companys reputation. Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Requirements: Proven experience as telecaller or similar sales/customer service role is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and pleasant phone manner. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems. Patience and ability to handle rejection. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus. Preferred Skills: Multilingual abilities are an advantage. Prior experience in telesales or a call center environment. Familiarity with sales techniques and performance metrics.
