Job Title: Telecaller – Stock Market Training Courses Location: Lucknow Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 6 months in telecalling Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Telecaller with a background in outbound calling and sales to promote our online stock market training courses . The ideal candidate should be persuasive, target-driven, and have prior telecalling experience. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential leads and pitch stock market training programs Explain course benefits, features, and pricing clearly and confidently Follow up with leads and maintain call logs and records in CRM Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions Handle basic queries related to course content and registration Required Skills: Minimum 6 months of telecalling experience (education/finance domain preferred) Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English Basic understanding of the stock market is a plus Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach Work Schedule: Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday off) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person
