Role Overview
We are seeking a Telecaller to manage outbound calls, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling for Tvara’s Sales Team. You will be the first touchpoint for many prospects, helping them understand how Tvara can automate and boost their sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from curated lead lists.
• Introduce Tvara’s AI Sales Agent - explain benefits in simple language.
• Fix demos and appointments for the Sales Team.
• Maintain call logs, responses, and interest levels in the Sheets/CRM.
• Conduct follow-up calls for undecided or cold leads.
• Share feedback from prospects to the Sales & Product teams.
• Handle WhatsApp follow-ups and basic email replies.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years experience in telecalling or customer interaction.
• Clear communication in English & Hindi/Kannada.
• Confidence to speak with founders, sales heads, and decision-makers.
• Strong follow-up discipline and consistency.
• Ability to explain the product in a simple, engaging way.
• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn AI-based sales tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,415.42 - ₹28,000.68 per month
