Tele caller – Sales Executive

We are a growing beauty and wellness product company committed to helping customers look and feel their best. We are seeking proactive and customer-focused Telecaller – Sales Executives to handle customer interactions, promote products, and confirm orders over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Contact potential and existing customers to promote beauty and wellness products✅ Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products✅ Explain offers, discounts, and product benefits to customers✅ Confirm and process orders efficiently✅ Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints✅ Maintain accurate records and follow up regularly✅ Achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements:
✔ Excellent communication skills in Malayalam✔ Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close orders✔ Polite, patient, and customer-friendly approach✔ Comfortable in handling objections and providing solutions✔ Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks✔ Good computer and data entry skills
