Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to international & Domestic clients based on assigned leads.
  • Promote company services/products and generate interest among prospects.
  • Identify Patience/ Clients needs and provide relevant information or solutions.
  • Follow-up with leads and maintain regular communication to convert them.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes in CRM systems.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
  • Handle client objections professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handover and follow-through.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
