Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide product/service information, answer inquiries, and secure sales or follow-up appointments. - Build and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent service and follow-ups. - Address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the management.
