Make outbound calls to potential buyers from provided leads.
Explain Product features & benefits to prospective clients.Generate interest & schedule factory visits for the sales team.Handle inbound calls & respond to inquiries regarding our products.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English & Hindi is a must, both in speaking and understanding, to effectively communicate with customers from Karnataka or Kannada-speaking regions.
• Product Knowledge: A basic understanding of the Granite & Marbles industry, including different types of stone products, features, offered by the company, is important.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, active listening, persuasive speaking, and the ability to build rapport with customers are crucial for success in this role.
• Potential for Sales/Lead Generation: Depending on the company and the specific role, the telecaller might be involved in generating leads for sales or promoting products and services.
