Tele Caller Executive

We’re looking for young, energetic Telecaller who are ready to learn, grow, and be the first point of connection for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers interested in interior or construction services
• Share information about our services, offers, and process in a friendly and confident tone
• Ask basic questions to understand the client’s needs and pass on qualified leads to the design/sales team
• Schedule appointments, site visits, or follow-ups with interested clients
• Maintain proper call records, client details, and daily report updates in Excel or CRM
• Follow up with leads regularly through calls or WhatsApp
• Coordinate with the design or field teams for timely updates

Who Can Apply

• Graduate (any stream)
• Good speaking skills in English and Hindi
• Confident voice, polite behaviour, and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of using a smartphone, WhatsApp, and Excel
• Punctual and target-oriented
• Available to join immediately or on short notice
