Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products and services, provide information, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle objections effectively. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation : Contact potential customers from provided databases, directories, or leads. Identify customer needs and pitch suitable products or services. Sales Conversion : Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and persuasively. Handle objections, provide solutions, and close sales efficiently. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Record and update customer details and sales information in CRM software. Achieve Targets : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Stay motivated and focused on achieving goals. Market Feedback : Gather insights about customer preferences and market trends to improve sales strategies. Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up calls with interested customers to nurture leads. Provide post-sales support and resolve any customer queries. Skills and Qualifications Education : Minimum High School Diploma; a Bachelor's degree is a plus. Experience : Previous telecalling or sales experience preferred but not mandatory. Communication : Strong verbal communication skills. Fluency in English and/or regional languages as required. Persuasion and Negotiation : Ability to convince and influence customers. Handle rejections with a positive attitude. Technical Skills : Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
