Qualification :

• Any Degree,
• Excellent level of communication skill in Tam & Eng

Language Known : Tamil & English

Salary : 7,000/- to 8,000/- + Incentives

Roles & responsibility:

• Making outbound calls to attract potential candidates and handling inbound inquiries about job opportunities.
• Identifying suitable candidates, explaining job roles and company offerings,
• Nurturing leads, documenting interactions, and setting up interviews
• Excellent communication, persuasive speaking, active listening, and basic computer literacy.
