JOD DESCRIPTION:

TELECALLING_ Location: Chennai

Vacancy: 02

Salary: 15000 - 20000

Notice: Immediate

Roles & Responsibilities:

Call incoming leads from online ads, walk-ins, and referrals.
Explain services briefly and fix appointments for counsellors.
Maintain call records, follow-up logs, and lead status in CRM.
Handle basic queries on phone and forward potential clients to senior staff.
Manage front desk responsibilities like client greetings and walk-in registrations.
Provide daily call reports and updates to branch manager.

Qualifications:

Any Degree
Experience of 6 months – 1 year in Tele calling preferred, Freshers welcome
Good communication in English, Tamil, and Hindi (optional).
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.

Requirement:

Within 10-20 Km region
Communication in Tamil and English Mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
